Copy of the list of persons who subscribed to the shares or the proxies in the company formation meeting, along with signatures

Copy of the Company Formation Meeting Minutes

Copy of the Company’s Regulations with 200 THB Stamp Duty (if applicable)

Copy of the proof of share payment issued by the company to shareholders

If the company has foreign shareholders holding less than 50% of the registered capital or has no foreign shareholders but the directors are authorized signatories, Thai shareholders must prepare a bank deposit certificate from the bank showing the deposit amount matching their share investment.
